Q4 wheels have too much offset and are only 6.5" wide. You need spacers to make them look aggressive.

I love how your 75 sits - those wheels look real good on the 75, IMHO, not too fond of them on the GTV6. The SZ wheels look excellent on the GTV6, again, IMHO. A couple of very pretty cars you got there!!!

Hi Brian:

Where did you get the parts for the intake? Love the shiny bits :D

You are right about the exhaust - I had my car dyno'd with its current 3 liter 12v, once with a stock rear exuast (CSC headers, Stebro centre section) and then again with same setup and a straight through rear pipe and it made another 10 Hp with the straight pipe on.
I can only image what sort of performance hit you are taking with a 24 valve with a 2.5 liter exhaust!

Are you planning on using a 3" exhaust?

Cheers,
Michael

Hey Mike,

How's the new engine going? The intake was custom made stainless steel and I'm not sure what diameter they are. Will have to get the measurement gauge out. Not too hard to make I think.

Yeah, planning to get a new exhaust done next. I think either 2.5 or 3 inch might be the way to go. JVR has some tips on design for the 24v motor.

Send some pics when you can.....

Looks SWEET Brian - I want to make it down there this year... (Ron and I are seriously talking about it! We'll see. Nice job!

Bernard, you and Michael and Brian have identical engines, but don't be deceived by variances in altitude, temperatures from one dyno run/test-day to the next, wheel and tire-sizes, differences from one dyno to another - calibrations etc etc.

It can really throw you off!

Hey John,

Was in contact with Joe English about getting two sets of brakes for my GTV6 and 75TS. Was going to ask about ways of acquiring it without exorbitant duties.

Be great for you to make the trip down under. Most likely you'll be heading to the east coast I guess??

If and when I come down, it will be a two-stopper (East-and-West Coast - got friends on both sides...)

I can help with the other problem - let's talk off-line...
