I'll be editing some of cars video material next week ,it will be only road street racing as we unfortunately don't have any legal race tracks over here yet.

The front air and oil coolers setup, after the last heads work and bolts retorque I was bit worried about the whole cooling system so I replaced the water rad to a DAF City series trucks radiator with great very solid core and welded on huge costum tanks.
Lots of people said the coolers should not be positioned low , So I ran some tests with 3 different positions for an additional air temp sensor on the coolers (they have special screwing -hole ) ,connected to the Haltech's input , at 14psi on a day 27*c the boosted air did not heat beyoned 40*c without a water\Meth injection .

- I have to give all the credits deserved to the folks from Glenwoood , the manifold they made is brilliant, it was nicely designed from 164S Plenum lefties, in e a shape very similar to most turbocharged supercars that use this tringle design .

Hi,
I've now done about 500 miles with the GTA convertion , I've mounted 305\22mm GTV99\GTA dirsc with spacered Brembo Calipers on fronts- in the outer of the front hubs (no need to rebore the discs or anything -straight bolt on thing as I have 5X98 75M hubs etc....) , vented cross drilled regular alfa 250mm inboard rears.
Next months I'm fitting merc %500 front discs also on outer side of the hub , these come 330\32mm drilled high carbon disc as stock mercedes benz part, about 150E a pair.
On the GTA convw I used the stock master cyl' and GTV6 calipers with spacers beetween the two parts ,I'll post pictures of the assmbly tomorrow.

What are you using the car for? Track racing, drag racing ( I reckon it's not a daily driver)? What final drive do you use?

Yes ,
the rims were taken from a 94 Evo2 Integrale , the only one that exists in our country (the owner upgraded to OZ 18"s), they are 7.5" wide , which enabled me to fit 245\45\16 rear tires .
This is a weekend car of mine , but it's totaly drivable it even has power steering and all the acesories (power window, miror ,power loxking ,xenon light , and about 8 costum gauges for good specture of the engine and mechanics.
I'm considering to go single turbo soon , probably with a HX\50 Holset or a GT40 Garrett turbo , I have allthe parts needed but the nmanifold which is a bit of a problem to design for efficient gains (especialy with the big diveded turbine housings of the large singles . the main thing that bothers me about the Twins is all the extra-everything (exhausts ,Westgates , leaks and pressure balances).

I asked driveability in the aspect of power on the rear axle.
Last weekend we "upgarded" a Giulietta. It was only a small one, 2.0 instead of 1.8, so it cannot be compared to yours, but that relatively small amount of power gain made the car acting funny.
Sliding all the time. (Temp is below 0, so roads are frozen, i have to admit.)
I was just wondering what a 24VTT can do with the rear wheels, specially when the full boost arrives.
Anyway, congratulations to your project. Really amazing.
