Milano/75 LHD Pedal Assembly Removal Question

Post by 75evo »

I had the displeasure of having to remove the pedal box. It wasn't too bad but would have been easier if I was a contortionist. I had all the cotter pins and bolts out within 20 minutes. I'm about 80% through the pedal removal. How do I actually remove the assembly from the engine bay? Do I just yank it out? Doesn't seem to be the way. Looks like it's binding against something as it will only come out part way.

Thanks.

Well, Potenziato came over to my house and we got it out in 10 mins. But it's a 2 person job, otherwise it might be a 2 hour job. The way you pull it out has to be correct because there is very little room,

I remember it was a PITA job for a RHD car. I had to disconnect the long bar that connects to the booster on the LHS. Had to jiggle it quite a bit to remove it then.
Glad you got yours out ok :)
