Very clever: You selected location to live based on some form of minimal distance to N tracks, maybe with a weighting of the different tracks. What's the equation you minimized?

If you want golf shirts, that is cool.
But, I have a friend with screen printing gear not embroidery gear. I was thinking of doing this to give a few dollars back to the site(not for any profit). Doing this would be a pain in my ass since I would have to actually screen the shirts and then send them out individually. I dont have much money around to donate to the site so I offered work instead.
I thought that people would be into it as a means of supporting the site, but I am afraid that this group might be too hard to please since none of you have offered any ideas to futher the plan.
Do you all wear golf shirts when you are working on your cars?

8) now i realize why theres so many 3.0's and Turbos over there........need the extra power to off set the heavy "self protection devices"

The golf shirt style with embroided logo sounds good, black shirt with red logo + alfa insignia etc but T shirt to support alfaGTV6.com good idea!

I'm no good with photo shop, but how about the bottom pic of (i assume) Michael's car on the web site's main page.....It's a really good pic of a GTV6 and its on a track and its red and you see it when you get on the web site (continuity).

Very nice, Baz. I can see why you dont want any more t shirts. It would be a pointless if you are just going to wear that one 6 days a week (with one day per week spent shirtless while the old lady washes it).

I looked at doing the golf shirt thing. I think I can get golf shirts done in Mexico at an ok price. I am not sure if the price would be ok enough for me to finance a run of them at this point.
I have recently been thinking about a different option: posters.
My friend that would have done the t shirts also does hand screened posters for bands and venues and such. He hand numbers them for dramatic effect and they end up being a very nice collectable for some scenester packrat type.

Since alfa owners tend to be junk collectors, maybe hand screened posters would be just it. Might look good hanging in the garage.

Thoughts?

A guy here once did GTV6 calendars, used the photos from this site (with permission). Maybe 6 nice photos and a simple calendar made available via PDF download?
