Normally I can't do that because my knee hits the steering wheel and with the std pedals you would have to be seriously double jointed in your foot to be able to "blip" the throttle with the right side of the foot when braking, more like brake and at the same time go WOT and bounce off the rev-limiter...
I use the ball of the foot to press the brake and my heel on the throttle, works even with the serious height difference between the pedals.
