hmmm, tempting... but I'm strong enough  + my ring TS is currently (and will stay) off the road this year.

Could consider a Saturday visit (some pax-laps) and schnitzel in the evening before I blast home...

JimK, with the unrest in your country please make sure the manuscript for the V6 book is not lost forever to history by marauding crowds.

I don't think I can afford as ALL my money goes to GREECE

Some insignificant news, far, far away from where you are!

Your money? With the new economic measures my family loses 13.5k€ /per year from now on, so I didn't take any of it!
You'd best complain to those rich fuckers who don't pay taxes and those with off-shore companies! 900,000 public service employees will loose 15-30% of their income because of these people and we're not too happy about it!
As VAT is raised to 23%, premium gas will be about 1.9-2€ per liter and I still need ~1200km for mapping/dyno which will be another 350-450€...good luck! There's great social unrest here and the last thought in my mind is the book!

23% VAT? Hey that's illegal. I wonder how Spain and Portugal and maybe the motherland (Italy) is going to play out..... maybe cheap parts from Italy soon :D ?

BTW this crisis is nothing to some of us, already been there. 1997 Asian financial meltdown, currency devalued by 50% within a few months. So it really hurt then.

Luckily most of the loss has been made up. Just another skipped tooth in the timing belt of life.

BTW, are you renting the 3L at the ring?

Oh and when you fly into Duss. don't wear the shirt saying "Hey I'm Greek". :wall:

Didn't mean to hit a nerve so sharply.

Take care. Stay safe.

Yeah, well, we each go our own way and have our destiny ....some worry about volcanoes, some about earthquakes, others about terrorists and some even about valve clearances...we all make do as best we can. Maybe its worth remembering that life's a circle and what goes, around comes around! We thought it couldn't happen to 'us' either!

Yes Z, I'm getting the 3liter.
