686? Of what? GTV6ers in that particular trim and year?

Yes thats right everone!! Only 686 Alfa Romeo GTV6s were imported into the U.S. in 1986. I saw a factory production file (that was lifted from this site over at the BB) which confirmed that indeed there were only 686 GTV6s built for the American market. Only 685 others (once) like it. Good selling point.
