3.0 Liter 4 cam engine conversion

I am looking for help with a 4 cam engine conversion for my GTV-6. I have acquired the engine and the necesary parts but have lost my mechanis due to health issues. Does anyone know of a mechanic in the western us that you would recommend for this work?
