Why would we drive on the wrong side when you can drive on the right?

"The last holdouts in mainland Europe, the Swedes, finally switched to the right in 1967 because most of the countries they sold Saabs and Volvos to were righties and they got tired of having to make different versions for domestic use and export."

What a load of BS, cars in sweden were all LHD fron the beginning. Overtaking was interesting I'm told...

Not a grease monkey but I am interested.

I prefer the carbs sound to fuel injection.

Anyway I have a great mechanic who enjoys taking my money to tune them.

Nissar message me with the details.

please note that the carb-heads are different from injected heads!

the carbs will not fit an injection engine without swapping the heads since the ports are entirely different. :(

I used to have adobe photoshop to resize images but not on this laptop. I think it will be very tedious to continue like this so maybe I must mail this to someone and start a total new thread as I have scanned both articles

i just use Paint to resize(stretching it 50 % in both directions results in half the size) and then i place the pics on www.tinypic.com and post the link here.
