Here you go x;
centrodocumentazione@alfaromeo.com

but I think you need to register first (at least that was what I did) @

www.archiviostorico.alfaromeo.it

And prepare yourself for few months of waiting for reply. They will eventually reply but it will take some.... time.

Curiously, it took less than a week for Alfa's Archivo Storico to respond to my request, and it came with a personal email.

I took out the rear seat backer and found the number 10,000 written on masking tape...looks original to manufacture...

there was something else written next to it but it's partly torn off..

there were ~17,000 gtv6 2.5's made, but it does not make sense that 7,000 were made in 85 and 86....

anyone else have a hidden number??

wonder what is means.....

xrad,

Actually 22,381 unit were produced.
Unfortunately I don't find the sheet where I had the figures year by year. The 2 best years were 1981 and 1982. They made the half of the cars during these years. In 1986 only 829 have been finished if I remember correctly.

Guys these numbers are actually posted on this site.If you go to the main page and scroll down the left-hand side go to "technical" / "specs" and you can open a Word document with GTV6 production numbers by year.

Back in the day when it was done by mail the link above will show you what you got. It is for Michael's car.

(The contact info on that page is no longer correct, though.)
