Post by Yendig »

Hi folks.

I just wanted extend my deepst sympathies for those caught up in the Japanese earthquake today

The images look truly awful. I hope those affected will be able to start re-building your lives again soon.

RIP to those who have perished in this horrific tragedy.

I was about to go to bed when my wife said there was an earthquake in Japan. I told her yeah, a day or 2 ago. She then said, "No, it just happened a few minutes ago". Wow! There was a smaller one in China, another one in Indonesia within a day or even a few hours of each other! And just a few days or a week ago in NZ.

I've noticed that there has been lot of seismic movement in recent years, I may want to re-check my earthquake supplies since I live a few miles off an active fault line.

Prayers and thoughts with the people of Japan
