Got this yesterday [LOL]

Doesn't look too good...I start stripping it today after work...see if I can do something with it...
Got loads of 2.5/3.0 parts in garage....so I'll try to put something together... [:$]

Spend 4 hours stripping it down today...

Coils bottom ok, you can melt the rubber on these with cigarette lighter...so looks like that par didn't take much heat

Intake cam a bit smoked through oil refill cap and oil vapor pipe...a bit of cleaning needed

Intake runners....seals looking good

Knock sensors undamaged...cennectors melted

Anyone need a waterpump

It would be fantastic if you could get that running again, while keeping cleaning to a minimum. Would be quite a conversation starter when the hood is popped.

Make sure you clean it throughly everywhere there has been extinguisher powder in contact with the engine. It's highly corrosive.

I can't undo the crank pulley nut....counter threaded or normal

One more Q:

I believe that Crank is balanced with flywheel ....BUT:
Is the v6 crank balanced together with aux pulley or they balanced every part for it self ....heard rumors about that but I'm not sure

Externally balanced. So they need to stay together.

Since aux pulley is burned on this engine....Can I use 2.5 V6 24V pulley and have it balanced with 3.2 crank

Probably not, the balancing situation on a longer stroke/heavyer pistons engine is very different.
Can't hurt to try it though.

All I can say is wow..

Is the heads/motor warped?
if so they might change size again on warm up so milling would not help. you might need to oven bake to get them even them mill. if the coolant kept the inside temp even then there should be no warping.
also check the cams for warp.

BTW where does the knock mount on a 24V and is there only one?
