I ask as the round tooth cambelt is "supposed" to go more miles between changes and generally be "more reliable".

That's the plan for now. Only without the stoppers. That was for the setup with the new type tensioner and old type belt. The new belt doesn't stretch that much so the tensioner spring won't break.
