I´m makeing progress. The past week I´ve put the radiator back in place, filled up the oil, put sparkplugs back in it and finished up minor things.
So last night, after getting the oil in, I decided to turn the ignition on. Just to see if the fuelpump started humming and if the instruments were ok. (this is the first time in a year a battery´s been connected.)
So there I sit, with the key trembeling in my hand, scared shitless nothing will happen, not even a "click". Anyhew, I turn the key and the fuelpump starts humming! YEEES! This means I connecten the Motronic wires the right way. (I guessed...)

I turn the key one more notch and even the starter engages! This i more than I´d dare hope for...
Now i just have to adjust the ignition to make the first start attempt.
