75TS exhaust port diameter and bolt pattern

What are the exhaust port dimensions and the bolt pattern on a cylinder head of a 75TS? I'm planning on manufacturing a turbo exhaust manifold for my car, but unfortunately I don't have the cylinder head available right now so that I could measure it... I'd appreciate if someone could do that for me it. Thanks!
