Hi all. I have recently acquired a completely rebuilt 2.5 with original excellent condition BTCC billet cams and williams F1 flowed and ported cylinder heads. The engine has very very low miles on it. new liners, pistons, oil pump, valves etc. Its running on standard non ported runners and headers however!! I have jims book, but not much info in there on the original BTCC or group A/B intake set up. anyone know what was done to the plenum and intake runners on them. anyone have any info form the BTCC days?

MJR sounds like a similar spec thing to my 2.5

From what I know, they had to retain stock ex manifolds but the runners were ported.

That will be a fun little engine if it's anything like mine!
