12 valve 2.5 or 3.0. I have both engines. I also believe the exhaust are the same.

Mats,

Yeah same for 12V 3.0. Can you send me autocad drawing?

Twinspark6,

There's a laser cutting place in San Jose. I plan to get some cut but the holes will be for 1.625". Interested in a set of 6?

I think exhaust and intake bolt spacing is the same.

I haven't done the CAD work yet and since my cutting guy is in the UN peace corps at the moment I can't validate my file even if I make it today.
Usually you need to cut a couple and adjust the files because it is really difficult to measure perfectly on the head.

I'm gonna try to created a design in Solidowrks, can I send the file over to you and you verify it? I'm gonna use the V6 exhaust manifold as the reference.

Z, design it and plot op paper 1:1 then fit. Thats the way I do it on such parts.

If you need help in the form of a design file, I might be able to help you out.
Lasercutter and waterjet cutters are enough around here, but prices of a small batch are not really competative.

Hey Z , I have a copy on disc some where. I had inners and outers made. ie inners were tapped with8mm thread and outer with a ten mm hole. tThe inner flange also was a 1mm in diameter smaller so the "locating sleeve" could fit easier into the outer. I think this will only make sense seen the pics. The reason for this "sleave" was because the two bolts opposite each other and the small outside surface area did not form a tight enough seal.

Bringing up an extremely old post from the dead. Anybody ever make 3.0 12v header flanges? Similiar to the old shankle headers. A cad drawing can also work. Thanks
