Maurizio,My experience with stainless is that it eventually fatigues and cracks.Its not a good material for vibration or movement..The continual opposite forces acting on it says its going to crack somewhere,probably right next to the welds..Nicely made though..let me know when it cracks or even if it does..This is an interesting one..How long have you been running it in your car??
If stress levels are kept within reason (<35% of the tensile strength) fatigue is no problem. Been running it for 2 years now on the TS. There are several more street and track only cars running this bar over here (a pipe is 6 meters ) no problems yet. On my street car (V6) it was about 1 year on it, traded in a 28 mm steel bar, but will go back to my own again.

This looks really good! But is it necessary to do this big improvements to only run coil overs? My plan is to just reinforce the place around the area to cope with all the stress that will be around that area.
But your plan looks really good, and solid! and i see the idea behind. But i am also thinking of even more since i still have the time and now is the time to do it.

LF - 216kg, RF - 267kg, LR - 192kg, RR - 174kg.
Front springs were as stated, still working out what rate springs are on the back.
The cage ties into the car above the front coilover mounts.
