I struggled to figure how it was marketed as " four wheel steering " when it was up for sale and I had also seen a spec a while back about four wheel steering on this car . So after staring it for ages underneath I could only assume it has to do with the swivel bar that's mounted to old Antiroll bar points and to the front face of the adjustable hubs . If it does move the rear hubs fractionally in toe then I guess it can be deemed to be 4 wheel steering .
Other than that I have no idea

There's no freedom in the bottom of the hub for it to rotate in a steering axis (unless you turn the eccentrics at the front and back in opposite directions) - but if you think of that link as replacing the camber control link that ties to the de-dion in the blue adjustable setup, then it makes sense as being a variant of a non-parallel, unequal length wishbone system.
It's a bit like the way a Lotus seven or ford escort uses the front sway bar as a suspension link.
