What's your favourite racing seat for tarmac applications?
Why?
Show me.
Where, how much?

Sparco Evo2, the only one I have found that actually is comfortable and has a long enough backrest, the seat belt holes are just high enough for me.

How good is the kidney and shoulder support Mats?
Got an illustration of this seat mate?

Shoulder support is spot on for me, very supportive and that is important in the high speed turns. Very relaxed during driving.
I have a couple of pics somewhere, I'll try to dig them out.

As people come in very different sizes and shapes it doesn't make any sence that everybody lists their favorite.
Visit your friendly racing shop and pick one that suits your body.

Mats,
Are you a tall guy? It looks like you've got the bottom seat pad out.
I myself want to install a race seat. something I can put on the floor and get it back between the intrusion of the shifter feature and the left side rocker sheetmetal. I had tried the Recaros from a Milano Verde and the adjusters made the seat too wide. I was at a track day yesterday and don't like tilting my helmuted head to clear the roof.

1.89m or 6' 2½".
I got plenty of clearance to the roof but moving the largest movable weight in the car (myself) lower and as inboard as possible is a priority.

I like my Momo. Comfy, light and good protection.

Ahh, just like my 2 1/2 year old - always wants to go in the driver's seat.
