How to disable brake and antilock warning lights on Milano

Post by AlfaBeta »

Hi gang,

I know this is the gtv6 forum but you guys are really knowledgeable about this stuff. I'm in the process of converting my Milano to non-ABS and I have a question. Is there a way to disable the brake and antilock brake warning lights? These are going to be lit once the non abs system is installed. I know for the washer fluid level light for example you just short out the leads on the connector. I've done this and it worked ok.

thanks

Hi guys,

Thanks for the reply. For the ABS light you could just pull the bulb, but the brake light is part of the ARC. I think I can just short the brake pad sensor wires though, this should disable the brake warning light on the ARC.

thanks again
