Does anyone know how this thing works? I want to get more a lot more rear brake bias but I'm not sure what to start modifying in this unit. It's the brake bias valve for the MkII Teves system in my American Verde. I changed the spring inside to something roughly 30% lighter, but I don't think it did anything.
Another forum member removed a disk inside the unit, effectively removing the proportioning valve out of the equation, and got acceptable results for the track (rears lock up a little befor ethe front, helping turn-in). He has Porsche 4 pot calipers up front where I have the stock units, so I dno't think removing the proportioning valve altogether will be the right solution for me.
Any help or information would be appreciated.
