My car currently has solid front discs and Holden Camira calipers with 54mm pistons. I was wondering if anyone knew of a vented rotor and caliper set that would fit in place of this, under a 13" rim? This is on a 1978 116 chassis.

some of the historic touring cars have to use 13 inch rims and use volvo 4 pot calipers (eg Toranas, RX3s, possibly others).

I would likely use an RX7 4-spot, as they are half the weight...but....was wondering if anyone had used some sort of combination already. I know I can get vented discs and calipers to suit from various aftermarket suppliers and no doubt do some fiddling to fit them but wondered what else was an option. Thanks for the reply!

My car runs 13x10" rims at the moment. I don't really want to go bigger, as I can get seconds from F3 fronts to fit that will suit my very low-budget racing. Plus, on the short hill, the car will likely not go much more than about 110 km/h, so it is an advantage gearing-wise.

The discs and bells have Autodelta part numbers..So they were probably made specificly for the application.This whole setup came off the ex. Arnold Chatz Alfetta from the 70`s..
The calipers are Girling A.P . 4 pots front and rear..

I think I don't like you....but in a nice way. LOL Would those hubs affect the wheel spacing under the guards?

No, I dont think so..It depends on the original design.The Telefunken Alfetta of Chatz`s had the obligatory "spats " on it.(Google pics for the car) Looking at your car Im sure these would fit .
Theres a guy in Ozz with 15 " Turbodelta wheels looking at swapping for 14 " for a 105.
Now,Id swap this whole lot for those 15`s !never heard from him though.

Those pics of the Alfetta sedan - they remind me of the Zender-kitted BMW 2002's.

I'm wondering if I can perhaps adapt one of the many 13" brake kits for Mk2 Escorts. I don't think I'll need them for the hill..but if I run a circuit sprint or two in the future I would say I may! The engine is near stock but apparently the car is quite light.
