Almost done now, added gaskets all around and the wastegate exit was welded to the downpipe.
I started up the motor yesterday and all was fine , probably will need some series tuning now to fix the new afr curve ,it seems like in off boost part throttle the Single turbo pushes less air than the big TT and fuel mixture was a bit rich on the LM1 wideband monitor.
