You would want to cool the compressed air. So it should be after the compressor.

I love the design, and I am planning a 2.0 TS turbo project. I am thinking of going with an air/water cooler like the one you have made Barry.

Do you have any pics of the parts before you assembled them? How about a source for the radiator portion?
