a thought for indexing.
As the pulley bolts together. there is 2 types.
The one that lets you swap the cam with the belt on and the one you can't.
What would happen if you drilled a bunch of holes all the way around like the spider has on there cams set the cam and put in the bolt(s) where the hole(s) line up
it seem like a good way and it can not slip.
I know that slipping has been a problem on the 24V where there is no key.
