Exactly - the track day was a lot of fun :D
Next one in a few weeks so watch out for some more video.

BTW - looking for some feedback on Ignition Advance. I am pretty comfortable that MS has the mixture well tuned but the ignition advance is something I have only guessed at. See topic here:

Yes - Charles (squadragrunn) won the GTA injectors so those will be going to EU. Shipping seems unreasonably expensive though :(

My kid shot these two pictures of the best GTV6 drivers at Pacific Raceway that day. Ok, we were the only GTV6 drivers that day 8)

Was lots of fun and I look forward to Thursday Sept 15th, same location.

Looking forward to see you there Michael.

i've received the injectors in good order, however i bought the injectors at a very reasonable 70€ , our fine customsoffice charged me another 50% taxes and fees (35€) robbery!!!!
but then again , thats still cheap for 6 gta injectors. at this moment i have no use for them but when i've installed the 24v in the gtv and it runs fine (stock) another ecu end the injectors will come in....

Yes its truly amazing to see Merril fit in his GTV6 ... with a helmet on even. I'm 6' 3" and find my helmet bobbing against the roof constantly.
Merril, does yours have a sun roof?

It's the race seat that makes the difference Michael. You'll have to sit in my car and do a fit check. My car does have a sunroof and I used to have to keep it open when wearing a helmet. If I didn't track my GTV6 I'd still have one as the fit is so much better.

See you next Thursday Michael !

Hello Garth,

Are you using a stock seat? From my last posting you know my solution. Also, extending the steering wheel makes a huge difference in creating knee clearance. With those changes I can put in a long day driving and be fine at the end. The only slight issue is that my race seat, the large size Recaro, has those shoulder wings that are great for helping hold one in position in corners, but a full day in the seat and I can tell they've been pushing a little on my shoulders. All in all I"m very happy with the setup.

But, back to Michael's 24 valve engine project . . . .

Yeah Mike, you and i are the same height.

Merril, the racing seat made a massive difference, i couldnt believe it. But my seats arent full race seats though, on long drives they have been great.
