custom clutch hose source needed?

Hi folks,
Im working on a complete clutch system replacement and need to get a custom clutch line made up. Basicly the slave cylinder end it needs to be changed to a 10mm banjo. The big problem is I dont know what type the line side end is. Is it some standard metric fitting? Any suggestions on sources to get something like this made up?
