That flywheel, is it just zero balanced? The V6 stuff I have seen have had an obvious weight offset.

Mats, they do have obvious balance weight but it is on the engine side of the flywheel not the "clutch" side

The clutch from the 105 Spider that will be right there...

The flywheel does have balancing drill-holes - they are just not very visible in these pictures. The entire assembly - flywheel, crank-pulley, crank, rods, pistons, rings, wrist-pins (even the little wrist-pin-retainers) - were balanced as a unit.

Getting it all sorted...

This being a street car, I had to keep the pan off the ground. In turn, the hood will be modified with a left to right/ top to bottom gradual taper to clear tensioner bracket and first 4 runners/trumpets. About 1.5 inch lift above normal hood placement...

Thought I'd update the thread to show that work has not ceased. Engine work is just about wrapped up, bumper/side skirt mods, suspension stance set, interior, and sound.
