Here's another one guys, should be my last brain picker for awhille!

My question is regarding Wet Sleeves.
What happens when Original pistons are replaced with forged pistons,
or more so what happens with the sleeves? Can i keep original sleeves, or should i buy new ones?

Thanks for the time to read this my fellow alfa brethren. :D

No problem.
The sleeves couldn't care less.
Just use the right clearance for the forged pistons. It should be supplied with them.

some forged alloys expand at different rates so clearance is a very important issue. Some expand moderately and are gapped accordingly so that they are right diameter when hot

Like Micke says..manufacturer should know

Whats equally important are piston rings and their coatings...moly iron chrome etc. many posts on this....and all seem to have good points and bad.....and also the type of hone you put in the sleeves if any

I actually like stock rings....
