Rear exhaust section

Is anyone running a rear pipe without a resonator? I have the pipe without resonator that Centerline sells on my Spider and it sounds ok. Almost too loud, but not bad. I was wondering what that setup would sound like on a GTV6. Since I need a new rear exhaust section I was thinking of having a pipe made up. Any opinions?

I have a straight pipe on the rear section of my GTV6.I have stock manifolds -Cat - stock centre section.Initially I only used the straight rear on the track and put on an Ansa rear for the street. After a while I found myself leaving the straight rear on all the time.I guess the more my blood turned red-white and green the more I came to need to hear the sound ! Some people would consider it loud (Buick owners  ) but so far (about a year) I haven't been hasseled by the police etc.My advice - go for it.

I have no cat, straight pipes instead into Stebro center and rear. Sounds good. Loud.....I guess. But then again I also drive a Buick!

I'm making a custom front section. I've been advised against resonators - told they have minimal to no effect. Chose to use glasspacks instead.

Basically this will be a replacement for the crude euro pipes.

See attached pics.

You'll notice the jig; I intend to make many more if this sounds good. Anyone interested?
