My Nord supercharger kit has been delayed a few times, twice by job changes in my real life, and once when I decided to abandon the original kit which used the MP62 and worked very well.

The current prototype is almost done, the belt is on, the belt tensioning system works well, it all fits easily under the hood, and doesn't interfere with normal servicing. I will let you guys know when it's up and running. My job is keeping me out of town for weeks at a time, and sometimes more, so it's taking time...

OK, had to re-size but the picture should fit now.

Obviously the supercharger mounts on the left (driver's side in the U.S.). The mounts are very strong. It's driven by a six rib belt and has enough room in it's tensioner to allow a huge range of belts and pulleys.

Just about everything is made from aluminum, the supercharger, the discharge and intake ports, mounts, spacers, crank pulley etc. Most of the parts are cut out on a CNC water jet.

My Spider has SDS fuel injection and 44pph injectors.

Throttle body on the inlet side of the blower?
Been having evil thoughts about forced induction on the spare US spec 2l I have for my 105 - got to get it back on the road first though.

Yes, the throttle bolts to the intake port, which in turn bolts directly to the back of the supercharger. It's actually a GTV6 throttle body. The Spider's throttle is way too small.

Any plans for an intercooler? Water to air above the head?

I can easily add an intercooler. Initially, I will run it without one. I ran my MP62 with 10psi and no intercooler, and the Sprintex's discharge temps are lower.

At 10 PSI ,the numbers would be , i'd say, verry interesting!
What discharge temps are we talking about?
