164S Turbo?

I just got a 164 QV. Should I turbo charge it? I think Pancho bought the Autronic SM2 from the my friend who had the 164 QV Turbo. And my friend still has all the plumbing.... I was thinking 2-3 psi of boost and modify the fuel and ignition curve with Perfect Power's SMT6.
Or maybe just get new Konis, lower it and slap on some 17" wheels. A squadra chip to top it off....and maybe new exhaust system...and maybe later on turbo... and....
Wait I need to save up for the trip to the ring.
