speed mater & rev mater can't run

the car is Milano 2.5-auto
first I use the TS transmission instead of auto.....
the both mater were good...
then,the original 2.5engine was burned....so I take 3.0engine(164 3.0) put in the 75 Milano....& motronic、computer
but when I install finish.....the both mater can't work
I can't found something wrong with the car....

First of all, welcome!
If by "mater" you mean meter/gauge I might be able to answer.
The Motronic has it´s own wire for RPM. The RPM wire is white and it goes to the ignition coil. (minus pole)
The speedometer should work anyway sice it comes from the gear box, but might show a bit off.
This is what I can tell you right now, maybe someone els can help you more.

you say motronic has it´s own wire for RPM, but can you show me what the wire in photo?
because I check the wire in interior all fine to connect.
I can't understand why the speedmeter no work.
today I fogot to take some photos.sometimes I can't tell the condition full...because my English is so poor.....ha!
Seb,how about your GTV6 3.0QV??When you install the 3.0engine,the problems wasn't adventitious??
What system do you set??

Your english is fine, don´t worry.
I havn´t gotten mine started yet, still got some work to do.
Try connecting your old RPM wire to the minus pole on the coil, it´s worth trying.
Sorry, I don´t have any picture of the wire.
