Key code security on 24v - solutions?

Post by killaz »

Hello everybody!
Since my project is forwarding, next thing to do soon will be wiring. I have original set of code key + antenna + small yellow box + ECU (mine is ALFA 164 3000 V6 24V 231CV BOSCH M1.7 832-8.709), but I would like to avoid packing all those things together.

I'm missing one connector and wire from yellow box to ecu and friend told me that I'll have problems to connect it properly since we don't have wiring diagram from its pins to ecu.

Is there solution for turning off alfa code system or..? How did you guys solve this (apart from installing oem ecu's) :)

Thanks for any input or pm.

mail your question to Stephan at Squadra-tuning, he can write the code out of your ecu while chipping it.

Thank you for suggestion, but I already have a map which is rated for 230 HP and due low octane fuel in our country, it is pointless to buy new chip... :(

Can someone take and post a picture of wires connected to imobilizer's pins? :|

Any way, squadra is last option...

Stephan answered and gave me a link for http://www.schepers-autotechniek.com :D
Meanwhile, I found missing connector and I'll try first with immobilizer connected!

Giulie,
thank You man!

P.S. As soon as we connect everything, I'll post results.

Just to inform you that we wired alfa code and started engine without any problems - key is mounted near antenna and everything works perfect.

This is how it looked yesterday:
