Missing and broken part in Engine Bay

Dear Friends,
I have a picture of my car with the hood open and I need to identify the part that is broken or missing.
Do you know where I can get this?

Yup its broken....It is the positive battery cable mount point, also for the starter and the rest of the electricals get their positive connection here.
