alfa 75 QV TPS

Chaps, quick one, anyone know the bosch number for the TPS (throttle position switch) on the 75QV (motronic)?
it's 0 280 120 300
used in some other alfas to
ALFA - 75 (162B) - 1.8 (162.B1L, 162.B1F)
ALFA - 90 (162) - 2.0 i.e. (162.A2A, 162.A2E)
ALFA - 164 (164) - 3.0 V6 (164.AD, 164.AH, 164.AB)
