does anyone in the world produce a complete wiring harness for GTV6 ??

Just for the EFI? Unlikely. If you need to rewire, I suggest a new EFI. Talk to Al Mitchell in South Carolina, I think he knows a thing or two about the Jetronic wiring for the GTV6. He has a conversion kit using Megasquirt for these cars.
