Spark Plug question

OK, my 17k rebuild motor is starting to use more oil than I like, and has gotten a little worse, so I pulled the plugs to see if I could figure out why. I pulled the left bank and all were white with just a little tan / brown color, so I think the engine is running a little lean, but I pulled the right bank out, and this is a picture of the plug, it is blury, but look at the color? Any ideas? I use Mobil 1 and the orange coolant, I am not loosing any coolant, I have not had to add any at all, the spark plugs have about 8-10k miles, they are the NGK iridium plugs, the plug is cool enough to touch, and the whole right bank is this color. Help?
