Alternative Fuels E85 or Ethanol Alcohol

I just did a search and could not find anything.
Does anyone know if my GTV6 will run on e85 or pure alcohol?
Will i just have to richen up the mixture.
My 86 2.5 does not have a O2 sensor. will this make a difference?
Has anyone tried alternative fuels?
I was looking at building a still to make 190-200 proof alcohol.
Fuel Price locally is NZ$1.60 per litre of premium 96 octane. or in US$4.24 per Gallon.
