I'm wondering if the little radiator mounted at the front of the engine-cooling radiator is for the Air Con. i hope it's not an oil cooler because I want to remove it so I can install my intercooler.

If it is a similar size and proportion then it is likely to be your air conditioning condenser. It should also be connected to the drier can and then to the compressor.

If the pipes do not lead to the compressor eventually, it may be an oil cooler. The connections should go back to the engine, possibly around the oil filter.

thanks mate.
I just had a look and it appears to be an air con condenser.
it has one quite rigid rubber pipe going to the left and one going to the right. The one on the right goes to a cylinder with a freon sticker next to it. The other one appears to go through the firewall.
I can't see properly at the moment but I'll look tomorrow.
