Mike,
1. There's a big computer station next to the balancer, with all the data and figures form balancing. (didn't picture it, but you have nice ladders in the background instead

)
2. The max rpm the balancer makes is 5K rpm. I have called many balancing shops in entire country and, none of them had a balancer making 7K rpm. Well, transaxle driveshafts aren't their everyday stuff. Anyway, when I was at the shop they were hitting 1,8K rpm with zero vibe. I was told they also balance shafts that make even 9K rpm and no problems with balancing them with this balancer (top notch stuff i was told...)
3. Now that's something I need to look into... What resonance?
4. Dunno. The guy that was making the very balancing, was, by the looks a 80 year old grandpa, I guess, he's seen more driveshafts, than all of us here
Mats; the cvjs are brand new (cayenne stuff, c'mon leaking cvjs on a porsche?

), I doubt they leak, as I said before just a precaution. Keep your fingers crossed, they seem very reasonable, I hope they know what they' re doing.
