yep.
working layed on the floor is so boring.

Hi, mine is a 82' GTV6 and I have the same problem I just want to fit a LSD. As my GB has the "old" speedo sensor (not as the one from a milano) can I keep all the speed gears from the GTV6, and change the secondary shaft for one from a ts so that the pinion and crown are matched??
I can get hold only of a TS GB (no turbos or milanos arround here)
Are there any problems I'm missing?

I know that's a little bit waking up from the dead but here's the deal:

I have U.S. Milano Gold (2.5l) transaxle in my gtv6, which obviously has an open diff. I have twinspark lsd diff and crownwhell, and I plan to swap just the TS diff into my gearset. I have read that if you want to just swap the lsd diff into earlier trannies you need to make a spacer between crownwheel and diff. Does the same apply to later non lsd V6 transaxles?

Not sure what differs (ehehehe..) between the V6 vs 4-cyl gearsets but probably nothing.
I have redone a couple of 75 boxes and they are from the same years and it worked like a charm.
I even have a few spacers left. :)

I guess the only way to find out is to take it apart :?
Is anything else neededexcept for the spacer, to make whole thing work?

And Mats, fancy selling one of these? :)

Finally the time has come.

The build is just about to start.
I will take photos and do a write up for all of those that are interested.

Spacers? Sure, but you need to understand that the way things work you need to grind these to a very specific height that you have to find out yourself...
