Clutch Assembly, which one to pick ...

I found these two clutch assemblies, I belive kit and assembly is the same thing. One of them is bit cheaper ....
I have no idea if I should go with the one which is cheaper, or there is a difference with the maker, and I should pay abit more to make sure it works with my Alfa GTV6 1984. Can you help me which one to choose, thank you again for your help
