GTV6 2.5 1986 Clutch Problems

Here is my latest update 
. I bought a clutch assembly from International Auto Parts we installed it, some small problems but we got it working. It felt not too bad for first 2 days or so, then squeaking noises where heard when I was accelerating and the clutch was about 20% in. At first friction point I could hear the noise. Now when I press the clutch down to maximum I hear “clinking” noises. Obviously I stopped driving the car.
Any idea what could that be?
1) did the new release bearing just failed again ?
2) or the clutch fork pivot ball broke off, but why can I still drive the car and change gears ?
3) One of the three bearing in the clutch housing?
Did any one have problems with the clutch assembly from International Auto Parts?
