Reverse & 1st gear problems

I dunno if anyone might be able to help .
I just changed the double clutch on my 2.5,If I Rev the car up in reverse,like up a steep hill about 3000 Rpm it jumps out of reverse.
When it does that the 1st and reverse syncro's dont go into gear ,then if i off the car and start it again it works as though nothing's wrong.
Very iritating
