We test fitted a 2.5 in a GTj. Nice fit if I recall right. I reckon seeing such conversions on the net too.

An alfa buddie did the TS swap a few weeks ago.....
Only problems I heard was the plug wires over the valve cover, the bonnet (a reinforcement plate inside) rubs against the plug wires when closed. The exhaust modification is a nice one to do ........

Thanks for that info.
I was concerned as the head of the twin spark is 25 mm taller than the Nord engine. I thought the filler cap may hit the bonnet. The GTAM engine in the rally alfetta gt has the filler cap towards the back of the tappet cover. Plug leads are not a problem as I have made a distributor convesion to use the nissan cap and rotor. I still may do something about the filler cap.
