Do I have to take the cam bushings off to send the heads to get cleaned(dipped,blasted) what ever the heck they do to clean aluminum heads?
I took every thing else off the heads can the bushings stay?

Most places out here use a pressure wash cabinet for cleaning aluminum parts. Your cam bearings should be OK through that (they are similar to sts chevy cam bearings that woudl get destroyed by a standard hot tank - of course the standard hot tank would eat your heads too!).
Best to talk to the machine shop:
1. How do you clean aluminum heads?
2. Will that process hurt cam bearings?
If they can't answer those two questions, i wouldn't leave my parts with them.
