Re: AR75 3.0 24v from Croatia
Welcome...
That is a very nice 75! i really like the clean original look with the subtle things like the lip under the frontbumper.
Wheels are a nice match too.
Any more pics on the technical side? like the brake-upgrade or the engine?

Re: AR75 3.0 24v from Croatia
Huh I'm quite often here
technical side...as I wrote engine is from AR164 3.0 24v Q4 (170kW), stock engine but fully refreshed with new parts. Brake setup I took from GTV 916 3.0 (fully the same as first versions of 156GTA and 147GTA) Brembo 4-pot calipers and original 305mm rotors. Adapters are done by friend of mine, he's very skilled with this (his setup is 310mm and bigger 4-pot Brembo from AR166 3.0) and capable to do any kind of brake adapter.
Master cylindar is original and oil hidraulic handbrake will be installed next week, some drift fun
Car has gearbox from 75 2.0TS but this days I'm preparing to swap for 75 1.8turbo gearbox with approximately 35% lsd. I need little bit longer gears from TS therefore 1.8t should fit good. I'd like to try some more serious gearbox but currently this has to be OK.
During trackdays I realized water radiator is simply too small for this 24v engine. Currently I have new stock TS/V6 12v radiator but volume is too small for 3.0 24v Have to find something bigger that can fit, any hint?
Oil radiator currently I don't have but plan is to buy one and install,
Also I'm looking for someone who is experienced with RSR suspension kits? Have some issues?!

I think the Turbodiesel radiator is the biggest one?

Re: AR75 3.0 24v from Croatia
My answer is just make one . Two brass tanks and three rows of flat tube, no more than 12 fins per inch, distilled water with corrosion inhibitor only and no ethyglycol* mix in coolant. Absence of glycol makes the coolant more efficient. Old school stuff but you can't beat the properties of latent heat and water volume.
Guaranteed to even work through DAKAR.
* If you live where water freezes, well, use glycol as recommended in your area in winter. However if your system is bordeline then you should remove the glycol in summer and just use and inhibitor.
...and if you got a brain like JK, don't be tempted to strap an air conditioner in front of your radiator because the power cord is never long enough.

somehow I missed your original post..VERY NICE ride!
Re: AR75 3.0 24v from Croatia
How does it look 2.4TD rad with one TS fan only?
Two original 2.4TD fans is too heavy. I think should work good also with one big TS fan?!
Where to find new alu 2.4TD rad within EU? OK Parts in Germany? Anywhere else in Europe?
What is your experience with oil radiator on 24v? Did you loose some oil pressure when oil rad was added?
Thnx!

It's not alu I think, could be copper painted black. You have to cut the thin metal sheet close to the battery tray. My battery is in the boot, so the battery is not in the way. I'm using a single V6 fan, should be the same as the TS fan. You have to lengthen the fan mount too. The radiator house may have to be lengthen too. I just extended the hose via a short copper pipe section.

Re: AR75 3.0 24v from Croatia
My car is original 2.4TD and I had (before crash ) new aftermarket alu 2.4TD rad (with two fans at that time).

The best check would be on track but this has to wait until March/April when new track day season starting...
In a meantime found I have to change thermostat (Part No: 60563989)
