Greg,No..I decided to dump the remains...The drivers side(proper drivers side-rhs.. :D )chassis leg had moved back by 100mm and up by 70mm..Once I saw that it was over...
Besides,I was now scaring other drivers with mu very un assuming Lfetta 159i...with 30l turbo power!!! :!:

Now there was a sleeper...
French cars are shit and shit expensive to service and bloody awful and unreliable and expensive and friends don't let friends drive french cars and you wait years for parts.

Never raced a euro E30 3.0 or 3.2 M3 before. From what I hear those things are beasts!

Although, if you guys know about the Alfa 90 in sweden with 6 throttles, the new owner of that car had an E36 M3 3.2. He said his 90 can beat the 3.2 M3. I would love to see the Alfa win, but I find that a little hard to believe, bless his Alfa 90. However, I did see it drag again what looked to be a B5 Audi S4 Avant with wide wheel arches (more like an RS4) and it was almost equal!!! I can't believe it was a real RS4, must be a stock S4 with RS4 bodywork.

I beat a Volvo 850R Wagon (not the regular T5, but this was the R model, and it was a convincing win too, as the milano was still pulling past the Volvo. I merged aggressively onto an expressway and the volvo must have noticed me. I slowed down to tuck behind the volvo. Left about 2 car lengths gap. Kept the revs up. Saw him floor it (puffs of black smoke from his exhaust) and off we went. By 4th gear I was ahead of him by about 1/4 car.

Wait was this thread about Bazza's hey days?

Sorry Baz. :)

Something like:

TWM throttles
11+:1 pistons
C&B cams
SZ headers
Some kind of aftermarket ECU

I'm very keen of getting a set of spare heads and having shaved a little, ported etc. Looking for >210 wheel bhp.

I think JimGreek's latest 3.0 12V should go past 210 wbhp.

210hp?? With what loss factor??? My previous engine had 205 in one dyno and...235 in another, but 199 wheel hp in both!
The new 12v I am breaking-in now feels more powerful than the old one, even up to 4000rpm (I only have 400km so far) next week I'll go to 5000 and I (reasonably) expect more performance. No surprise, seeing the big-valve heads are very-very good. In a couple of weeks, I'll measure emissions as a first test (Motronic cams, 11.4:1CR)
Schnitzel...???Where???WHERE??!!

Four months ago I was sure I'd make October, but the $$ situation deteriorated rapidly since! All I can do is plan for early May again. :(
